ZQ3352SS 5.56x45 62gr OTM Hollow Point - Winchester Secret Service Load

Has anyone ever shot ZQ3352SS 5.56x45 62gr OTM HP's? I search the internet and literally came up with absolutely nothing. Why would the secret service even have a OTM load? It's my understanding that OTM's are simply made for target shooting accuracy, but not performance on people or objects.

Do y'all think this is the same Winchester ammo that was being made in Sweden?

Definitely looks like a different projectile.

Some OTMs can have quite good terminal performance, but not all do.

The SS hollow point looks quite large and appears to be designed with some terminal performance goals in mind.

OTM seems to be the preferred label when you don't want to say "hollow point," but at the very least, it's not just for target shooting. Mk 318 and 319 are marked "OTM" despite being designed to fragment when hitting less than nice people.
It's f*****g great, putting holes in people, all the time, and it just puts 'em down mate, they drop like sacks of s**t when they go down with this.

Somewhere I have some old White Box of these stashed, they are training loads not duty, I believe they are supposed to be a close ballistic match for the FBI bonded and cheaper. I picked some up because they were cheap and I figured a OTM is better than FMJ. I always figured they were a bone tossed to Winchester, Federal won the duty load but here Winchester you can load the training ammo, since much more training ammo is expended who got the last laugh.
