How many times have you heard something like "its flight characteristics were like nothing on this world"? Well, a time traveler can by definition alter time. A flying device with time travel capabilities might appear to stand still to the observer or rocket away at incredible speed----when to the pilot it is going five miles an hour at all times. If you alter gravity, you alter time according to Einstein.

The other thing about all this is UFO credibility. The FBI are a bunch of congenital liars and scumbags. Anyone who has sent them a FOIA request knows this. Likewise, the CIA, NSA, and US National Archives. BUT the Army, Navy, Airforce are great, really!!!! They respond according to law and many times go beyond the provisions of the FOIA to assist the requester. When the Navy says something, this is honest. This does not mean the CIA does confide in the Navy or does not know itself what is going on. This sort of thing happens all the time.
That statement makes no sense at all and can't be calculated much less be "millions of times more probable." It's a WAG at best.

And what did the lights do? It looks like a fuzzy pic of the moon for example if one used the zoom to get the raccoons. Raccoons would be in focus, moon would be a blur like that.

I’ve posted this here at M4C in other threads related to this topic-

I’ve always thought that the most likely scenario as an explanation for these UFO’s is original inhabitants of THIS planet.

After all, we k ow far less about the interior of our own planet and what’s under all the water out there than we do about the space around us.

A vast majority of the sightings occur near water.

This planet is old. It’s possible there is a civilization much older and more advanced than ours right here under our noses that we don’t have a great perception of.

The possibility of inter dimensional beings ranks pretty high up there for me as well. There is all sorts of shit going on right in front of us we are not able to perceive.

    Technology may change that someday.

I believe not much is impossible. When you look through the lens of history- seeing how things were perceived as impossible over and over again, and yet, someone figured the physics/mechanics of it out and made it a reality over and over again, to say _ is impossible is rather short sighted and naive.

Quantum physics has opened our eyes to quite a bit of odd “stuff” happening.

Our universe/multiverse is a strange place and we barely perceive 1/1,000,000,000 of a percent of what’s going on around us.

One of my favorite metaphors is the island of knowledge metaphor.

Our knowledge is represented by an island and the unknown represented by the ocean surrounding it. As the island grows, the ocean of the unknown grows with it.

More knowledge leads to greater understanding, leads to more questions, more unknowns and possibilities and a bigger picture that stays unfocused.

OK then, since you know evolutionary theory, what is the probability of parallel evolution producing exactly the same result on two different planets with widely difference conditions? And then multiply that by differential evolutionary histories at each and every moment. So, did that planet have dinosaurs and an extinction event allowing the rise of mammals? And at the same time as ours? My statement of "millions" probably should have been billions. Where is the evidence that aliens even have DNA? Why would we assume they do?

Then there is the question of how do they get here? Warp drive? Now you have to prove that up too. Fly through a black hole? Black holes are now known to be black stars so that is gone.l Construct a machine with such gravitational force it can fold space? We would detect that.

I don't find any credible evidence for aliens at all. There is not credible evidence for time travel yet it is infinitely more probably as a source for UFOs or "aliens" than creatures from another planet.
