Hmm, these look interesting.
Maybe I'm missing something super obvious, but what's changed on the TLR-1 HL? The stats look the same as the current version.

Ah, they've already updated their product line then, with no differences between the "new" and the regular listing. It was showing 1000. I had to look elsewhere for the 800-lumen listings, but they show a slightly better run time. Interesting.

It resembles Olight's PL-Pro Valkyrie which has been out for awhile now. Ambi paddle switches. A high mode and low mode. A lock out mode. QD install. Almost exactly the same performance specs. It has a better IPX rating: 7 instead of 6 but is bigger and heavier. It also is CR123A's instead of magnetic USB rechargeable.
