Is yours a 2nd gen?

I found one post on reddit yesterday and a guy said after a couple hundred rounds he got a "next to last round" failure. He was told to lubricate the inside of the mag and spring. Someone mentioned that MAC suggested that as well. This guy did not say which capacity mag it was.

This 'cure' also worked on the reshaped 10 round mag. That is the square profile vs the curved profile.

Also it should be noted that people have had failures with 30s, 20s, and 10s. All were cured with light lube of the mag.

I am not aware of anyone that has lubed the mags and afterwards had the feed issue.
