No Hodge rail, I swapped it for a URX4. Also the vx6hd 1-6 is insanely light at only 13oz. Its sits on a Larue mount. That weight also includes rail covers and qd mounts in the front.

I promise, from first hand experience, if you ever have to use it you won’t be able to tell the difference.

    Two other things to note:

    1. If you have the money for all of this crap, you have the money for ammo. Go shoot it and find out what you prefer. Decisions on kit are made from running kit, not excel or a food scale.

    2. Don’t be the guy 20lbs overweight trying to find the lightest red dot sight to save 2 ounces.

None of the rifles are heavy.

FWIW I got a cheap “beater” rifle and actually like it almost better than my Slutty Colt.

It has some weird skinny rail, a minimalist stock, and I plunked on this old stole ass EOTECH AA 512 and it’s actually pretty legit.

My next move is to find another Mk16 rail for my slutty Colt. My bougie Colt has one.

It’s not 2004 anymore. I feel like I can retire the Carbine length FF KAC RAS now.

URX would probably be the “better” choice but I just like the Mk16.

I want so bad to hate your set up but I can’t. It’s dangerously based.

URX, ODG furniture, an RMR as a primary, and a stippled Walther with a TLR.

I’ll refrain from pointing out all the additional peacock items. But...I have to acknowledge that is a Talon grip, too cheap (?) for stippling.
