    Prayer for tomorrow

I'm not a baptized in religion, nor do a subscribed to any one certain faith, but I do believe their is something higher than us that created, and oversees this Universe we live. It is my belief that a good, healthy acknowledgment of this is what keeps man from worshiping the instrument that we create to suffer under: The State.

Inalienable rights, rights not privileged to us by other men, but from nature, or God. Our evolution to enrich ourselves of knowledge, for comfort, and for bridging Scion to Scion has come at great costs. In our evolution, we have created instruments to conquer each other, to mane, to destroy.

But those instruments are also what keep the weak strong, and the strong in-check of moral corruption.

Tomorrow will be the bellwether if the individual is still strong, despite our weaknesses, and the strong we elect are truly morally corrupted.

With this, my prayer for tomorrow:

    We ask that our creator,
    Grantor of our rights,
    Not from man or governance,
To watch over those who stand in the face of tyranny,
To make their voices heard beyond the houses of which we ask for governance,
    To heaven and beyond,
For others to hear the cry,
That there are those who wish to be our grantor of rights,
To govern our lives for their posterity,
    And not our prosperity,
Our ask of Thee is to let our rights speak,
    Through you our true giver,
    That of which is inalienable.

Glory to, and Bless the Republic.

Seconded, though from a person of faith.

Lord, please watch over all out there tomorrow and let Your hand keep things somewhat contained...

I pray the cops stand by their oaths, and defend the constitution, and stand with the people and against oppression.

I consider myself a Man of Faith, but I also believe in being proactive. There's an old saying that God Helps those who Help themselves. There's a scripture which I paraphrase as: Faith without Works is Dead. In other words, you've got to be doing stuff yourself. The scriptures also tell us to Praise God in All Things. That's a tough one. No matter what happens tomorrow, it's all part of some giant plan that is above my pay grade.

In the meantime, say a prayer and remember this little wartime ditty from 1942:
