You can use these if you already have Pic bases, but note: the more elevation you add to the rear, you have to allow for your objective bell clearing and the fact if it isn't high enough your barrel and muzzle (or can-suppressor) will mask your line-of-sight.
I have a Nightforce 40 MOA base on a short 700. I don't know if that footprint matches Bergara. Might have to open the holes a bit for size 8 fasteners.
