I have no idea how to install them (see second sentence.) although I do see the roll pins in the slide.Go to Youtube and find HK USP Disassembly and Reassembly by Powder--Burns!

This pistol, I’m guessing, is from the mid/late 90s. No idea of round count. Then replace all parts I listed earlier
Hope this helps. The teardown/build back on the USP's is not hard at all.

    I called HK.

They were very helpful. Of course they asked the “are you limp wristing”, “are you using reloaded ammo” questions but then offered to look at it and repair it for free. If they cannot replicate the issue they will charge me a service fee. My only concern is that all I have fired through it is Speer 147gr lawman and perhaps their 147gr ammo does not cause the same issue. We’ll see.

The pistol was made in the year 2000.

Despite what the keyboard commandos say, HK CS is GTG.

Have another shooter try it to see if the problem is replicated.

I have never seen Brass to the Face with a USP (truth be told I am only familiar with USP45s). That being said, I know BTF can be very distracting. HK CS will likely fix you up. I believe they are much more responsive than the interwebs would lead you to believe.

If other 147gr ammo works, that might be the easy button.

I am taking it out tomorrow with a buddy and more types of ammo.

It should be fairly obvious. I only fired 30 rounds through it and got hit in the face at least six times (and twice in the eyes!) and a few times in the right shoulder.

Depending what happens from there I’ll send it back to HK. I don’t want them saying they couldn’t find an issue.

I’ll try to get a video of it.

Midwest is my go to for Sig P series parts...I rebuilt a few of mine by YouTube videos..but HKs seem a bit more challenging to me...
