You really have to ask why Conservatives have guns? Because Liberals block freeways, burn cities, throw Molotov cocktails, loot, turn over cop cars, and think this behavior is Socially Acceptable.

We aren’t speculating when it comes to that. In fact, that’s what the evidence points to. It is the working hypothesis backed up with evidence/testing. Is it possible the hypothesis is wrong? Yes. But all you have is conspiracy.

You are talking the evidence from China, the same people who refused to allow CDC doctors into the country, get real. There is no evidence there is propaganda from the Chinese, the bought and paid for WHO, the bought and paid for media and the bought and paid for professors.

Yes, point stipulated but you seem to reiterate it. The crime is most likely in the cover up of human to human transmissibility.

We will likely never know. Now avian origin is being contested. Evidence is suggesting mammalian (like porcine) to avian then human.

Question, since you know your bugs: would the Spanish Flu be as deadly today? Obviously we have waaayyy better medical care, but how would, say, the ease of transmission compare to COVID?
That's a great question that depends on lots of things, but a few I can address. I'd say slightly lower today proportionally, but deadlier than COVID-19. It was novel at the time with similar transmission probabilities and severe affects to the lungs. Let me provide a more detailed response tomorrow.

Math is why I wasn't an engineer and did chemistry. Had to beg for a C in Calc II. In my MBA people were freaking our over the algebra in the econ classes. People get head trash that they can't do math.

In the US, no I think. I think that Italy is our best model to look at. They were the furthest ahead of us and we have been following their actions. Also culturally and economically most similar.

Kentucky to record license plate of anyone at mass gathering this weekend and will record license plates and require 14 day quarantine.

Quarantine anyone who goes to a grocery store FFS.

    Slightly unconstitutional...

And that would be a large part of why I asked #3366.
