Ease of installation. It’s a two piece that uses the standard barrel nut.

I could drop it right into my fixed FSB gun without having to screw around with removing the muzzle device or the FSB. And an extended length on a mid gas at that. Probably a lot of folks out there looking for an easy install without having to mess with that stuff

This one is base on their C4 system, which is a two piece rail that uses a standard GI barrel nut (one of the few worth a damn that does) and up to this point was only available with a Picatinny rail. Their other MlLOK rail is base on the CMR system which is single piece and utilizes a proprietary barrel nut.

If the MD and FSB is not removed the delta ring assembly and handguard retaining clip must be cut off (remove the FSB tapers pins make like easier IMO).

The front cover is closed. You can still use the dot like that.
