Helicopter crash. Daughter was with him.

Must have had information that would have lead to the arrest of Hillary Clinton.
Too soon?
..It was you to me who taught
In Jersey anythings' legal, as long as you don't get caught.

Sikorsky S-76s are usually considered very safe rotorcraft; they're IIRC basically a Blackhawk powertrain with a more streamlined and comfortable hull slapped onto the front end.
You really have to ask why Conservatives have guns? Because Liberals block freeways, burn cities, throw Molotov cocktails, loot, turn over cop cars, and think this behavior is Socially Acceptable.

Sad to hear.
Schiff and Nadler are working to add this to the Articles of Impeachment as we speak.
I can’t wait to see how the media pins this on Trump.
I flew is S-76’s for 12.5 years when I worked offshore. Very safe choppers and fast. If Ferrari made a combination of a sedan and a helicopter it would be a Sikorsky S-76.
RIP Kobe, his daughter and the three other passengers in the crash. Prayers for the lost and for their families. Gone too soon. Kobe was a major impact on a major game, known world wide and his career was nowhere near over. He will be missed.

8 passengers and the pilot is the newest word. It is a shame.

Never liked flying on rotary wing aircraft, still don’t.
And his daughter was with him. Man his poor wife.
If you aren't armed when you take a dump in your own home then your opinion on what is a practical daily carry weapon isn't interesting to me.
Got to really suck to work hard, get way ahead and then realize you are going to lose it all and there is nothing you can do to change it. Of course that was probably the case for the other passengers as well.
Never gave a damn about NBA, NFL, whatever...but what little I know seems to suggest he was a decent guy. And I mourn the loss of a "decent guy" more than I mourn the loss of his celebrity status.
Probably nothing harder than trying to figure out a way to save your daughter only to realize there are no options. That had to be soul crushing.
It's hard to be a ACLU hating, philosophically Libertarian, socially liberal, fiscally conservative, scientifically grounded, agnostic, porn admiring gun owner who believes in self determination.
Chuck, we miss ya man.

I flew helicopters for 18 years of my 22 years in the Army. Just under 8000 hours in total with two primary air frames. I only had one crash and it was when I was landing and took small arms fire into the tail boom, causing tail rotor transmission failure. Spun and dropped about 70 feet, landing on the skids and breaking off the rotors.
Too many factors in civilian rotor crashes, but a lot of the time it is maintenance, followed by weather and that is combined with pilot error.
