Brownells Ar10 ovs Oberland Arms OA 10

Hello everybody. I am about to purchase a Ar10 Plattform for target fun fun shooting. Unfortunately here in Austria you do not have much Options for a decent 308 semi Auto rifle. You cannot get a M1a, a semi Auto g3 or a semi Auto FAL for example. Even the Options for an Ar 10 type rifle are rather limited.

You can only get a Brownells Ar10 or an Oberland Arms OA10.

Has anybody experience with one These Vendors and if so which one would you recommend?

The Austrian firearms law has changed on 12-13-2019 so that all true semi-auto firearms should be allowed.
Pretty sure Brownells Austria will import things like the DSA FAL clones, Knights SR25, etc. sooner or later.
DanielDefense and DPMS G2 .308 are already available here: https://www.earms.at/langwaffen/selbstladebuechsen/
Springfield Garand are available too: https://www.waffen-tuerk.at/product_...m1-garand.html
Two local gunsmiths don't recommend the OA10, as they have experienced quality control troubles with it.

Thanks a lot for the information. I did miss the change in the law. That makes things easier. Thanks a lot for the links.
