Hero Corp Hiring Vets: pass the word 🇺🇸

Please make any vets you know aware you think would be interested. They're currently looking for veterans to train up to assist in saving kids from monsters. I have been donating proceeds of one of my ebooks to this group. They fight the good fight for those who cant. Learn more below:

"They fought on a foreign battlefield to protect our nation. Now an elite corps of warriors is stepping onto the most important battlefield of their lives: hunting child predators and rescuing children in danger.

The H.E.R.O. Child-Rescue Corps is a one-year program for wounded, ill, and injured service members. The program is a partnership between the National Association to Protect Children, U.S. Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), and the U.S. Department of Defense.

HEROs undergo 12 weeks of intensive training in counter-child-exploitation and digital forensics, followed by a paid internship in HSI field offices.

Learn more on these pages about how you can participate or how you can support the HERO mission."

Just FYI, this is an Internship position with the following requirements:

You must successfully pass a background investigation, obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
You must successfully pass a pre-participation drug test screening.
You must be able to attend 12 weeks of training beginning on June 15, 2020 in Orlando, Florida and concluding on September 4, 2020 in Fairfax, Virginia. Attendance is required and not optional.
You must be able to work 40 hours per week.
You must perform job duties at an acceptable level throughout the internship.
Certification Requirement: During the 12 weeks of training, you will receive three opportunities to obtain the certifications required to perform the duties of the position. Failure to obtain the certifications will result in removal.

Great program though. If I didn't have a job already, it's certainly something I'd love to do.

Good intel to save time for some. Hire vets to track monsters, that's about as win win as it gets in my book.

The best win-win would be allowing the parents of the victims a few minutes in a soundproof room with the perp. Oh, and someone accidentally left a full toolbox in the room...

I always wondered if the cops in this video wondered afterwards if they made a mistake in restraining the father.

That sounds great. I’d be taking a pay cut and have to make a big move, though.
