    It's just too bad people won't vote out their reps for being idiots and wasting time...

    It's kind of hard to determine whether this is bad lip reading or actually what Biden is saying...

    But election cheating never happens right? Mail in voting is a total shit show and will undermine the election process.

    https://amgreatness.com/2020/09/28/b...harris-county/

    A Biden Campaign operative in Texas is attempting to rig the 2020 election with the help of others in a massive ballot harvesting scheme, according to two private investigators who testified under oath that they have “video evidence, documentation and witnesses” to prove it. With the help of mass mail-in ballots, the illegal ballot harvesting operation could harvest 700,000 ballots, one Harris County Democrat operative allegedly bragged

    On video paying for "pocket money" for their ballot.

    Lotsa chatter about Biden trying to wear an earpiece for the debates...you couldn't write a book about the weirdness in this election.

    Indeed.

    Oh look, the boogeyman of "anti-semitism" rears it head yet again, exactly when required....
    That has got to be one of the biggest packs of lies tossed together into a bill I've seen in the last year.

    Yet more surrender from our erstwhile allies.
    So...we're going to condemn BLM for the same badthink when?
    But yeah, an internet group most people already laugh off/ignore is the problem...

    You know, given that a panic-bill over an internet conspiracy group has made it to the House, and other bills equally condemning other organizations (in fact the ultra-biased ADL they defer to within the bill would be a good start) don't even exist, one might almost assume there's something in that Q group that they're doing right...
    If you think that's crazy...read the bill. Especially this super juicy part at the end;

    Whereas our Nation’s polarization is further accentuated by others, from the far left to the far right, promoting extreme ideologies and antigovernment conspiracy theories (Don't criticize your masters), hijacking legitimate peaceful protests, and encouraging followers to damage, deface, or vandalize local, State, and Federal Government properties and to attack law enforcement: Now, therefore, be it Resolved, That the House of Representatives—

    (1) condemns QAnon (Yes, it's totally the Q people 'hijacking' leftist mobs and causing them to do violence....)and rejects the conspiracy theories it promotes;

    (2) condemns all other groups and ideologies, from the far left to the far right, that contribute to the spread of unfounded conspiracy theories(WHO decides what this consists of?) and that encourage Americans to destroy public and private property and attack law enforcement officers;

    (3) encourages the Federal Bureau of Investigation, as well as all Federal law enforcement and homeland security agencies, to continue to strengthen their focus on preventing violence, threats, harassment, and other criminal activity by extremists motivated by fringe political conspiracy theories;

    (4) encourages the intelligence community to uncover (sounds like blank check for federal investigation into people involved/participating...) any foreign support, assistance, or online amplification QAnon receives (So, more censorship is needed), as well as any QAnon affiliations, coordination, and contacts with foreign extremist organizations or groups espousing violence (And magically they go from "conspiracy theorists" to "international terrorist threat". Amazing...); and

    (5) urges all Americans, regardless of our beliefs or partisan affiliation, to seek information from authoritative sources and to engage in political debate from a common factual foundation. (AKA, don't deviate from the mainstream narrative we control)
    So since they want to play the conspiracy theory game, lets see... based on the wish-list here, as well as the previous portions of the bill, does it make more sense that
    1) they just haven't been watching the news much, and /or implicity believe CNN
    2) A certain group of people with penultimate 'oppressed status' got upset some people aren't saying nice things about them, flipped their wigs about it as always, and proceeded to use that as an excuse to use the government to suppress and control some more.
    Hmmm....I wonder which it is... I mean, since they want to play the "blame the conspiracy people" game by directly engaging in public condemnation of said conspiracy theories, which by literal definition of the term, are unproven and therefore should warrant only brief contempt before being ignored, as, if they're so sure of their position in regard to Q, the 'baseless theories' should ultimately disprove themselves, if they believe most people are capable of rational thought...
    If it's all so false...why do they need to sic the "intelligence community" on them?
    And before you knee-jerk to the 'armband notsee' mentality, think about this line from the proposal:

    ...questioning the truth about the September 11th terrorist attacks...
    People have been questioning that since literally Sept 12. NINETEEN YEARS ago... Shit, I even watched some of Jones original content on that (and eventually ignored it because I have 2 brain cells to rub together, and he couldn't definitively prove/disprove any of it).
    If it's all SO true...why do they need a bill targeting people/groups who question that event and stuff like vaccine safety, now?

    There, I said it. Hate away.

    I think Nancy has lost it as well.

    https://www.foxnews.com/politics/pel...-debate-advice

    House Speaker Nancy Pelosi urged Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden to be himself on Tuesday night as the former vice president and President Trump are set to face off for the first time, calling on Biden to “save the planet.”

    Pelosi, D-Calif., during an interview on MSNBC Tuesday offered Biden some advice ahead of the debate, which is set to begin at 9 p.m. ET in Cleveland, Ohio, and will be moderated by “Fox News Sunday” anchor Chris Wallace.

    “Be yourself,” Pelosi said. “Save the planet.”
    I mean, does she really want Biden to "be himself"?

    After awhile when it becomes apparent who you can and cannot criticize in the public domain it starts speaking truth to power as to who’s really harboring the most influence and control.
