I wouldn't get excited, until she tells you to start wearing no clothes...

Broader shoulders than your belly helps (barely in my case...) but it's really about the clothes. Most clothes won't drape right, you even need to be selective about T-shirt fabrics and cut. I have found UNTUCKit shirts to drape well and cut the line between trim and concealment given they are meant to be worn untucked. They have also resisted hole wear from holsters better than many other outdoor and designer name brands. You can also buy regular shirts a size up and have a tailor fix the sleeves and length.
In more dressy situations it's ankle carry or pocket or both but then you need the right pants as well. I had a tailor in Hong Kong make my custom slacks pockets deeper and with heavier fabric to accomodate my gear. 5.11 stretch jeans are cut great and they come in dark dressy styles.
You dress around your carry. My wife eventually stopped buying me clothes but helps to pick them given my, our, needs.

Being a 2XL shirt size guy helps, if you have no belly as I do. The shirts are proportioned because it is assumed anyone that wears a shirt this size also likely has a gut, so the fit is not tapered. This makes all sorts of room for a double stack pistol. Add a claw attachment to turn the butt of the pistol in and I can wear a pretty large gat.
In hot weather holster contact area makes for discomfort. I could never understand the IWB rigs with large leather backers and double clips. Those would be horrible nasty sweat boxes for me.
Nebraska is not as nasty sweaty as Florida but June through August can be fairly humid. No problems with a 2.0 3.6 in a Vedder Light Tuck.
Micro 380s like LCPs do not give enough grab surface for a decent draw even carried AIWB. EC9s/Shield/G43 size pistols minimum for me to get enough to draw smoothly and with repeatable purchase, but carry the 3.6 vastly more often.
I can carry a bigger pistol than I thought, having gone through a number of smaller iterations and finally realized bigger is fine for me.
If I wear truly tailored or close fitting clothes, it is a pocket or neck knife. Scandium J frame at most. Pockets are actually tighter on jeans or nice chinos than inside the waist band. Even if you can stuff it into the pocket, G43 or P365 are a pound and a quarter+ of weight.
You dress around the gun, or around tightly wrapped buttocks. Everyone has their preferences.
Don't put me against the wall guys and line up the firing squad but I have seen this for a few years, anyone else at least looked at or even heard of this, Ok let me have it, LOL Scroll down and watch the vid.
