    My first AR pistol

After several AR rifles I have decided on an AR pistol and I know it is nothing spectacular but I was wanting to pick one up. It’s the Ruger AR 556. I like it has a carbine gas system. I don’t know what buffer it has yet, (weight). Looking forward to shooting it though.

    Congratulations!

The only thing that concerns me is cleaning it without stripping the graphics.

I am very much a proponent of shooting a firearm before getting accessories, but the exception is the Split Fix for the SBA3. It stabilizes the "wings", keeping them from shifting, deforming and folding in on themselves. I have two SBA3 braces and a Split Fix for each. Noticeable improvement and well worth the money. With a Split Fix installed, the SBA3 is more resistant to wear & tear
