    Northern Red coming to Oregon

Northern Red coming to Douglas ridge rifle club twice this year.

May 29-31 for pistol, September 25-27 for carbine

As of this moment it's not on their schedule, but expect to see it show up soon. Often their classes fill up well before the class date.

Solid set of professionals. Many current or former Delta.

    Hope you can make it.

I can attest to their quality. You should make an effort to attend.
AQ planned for years and sent their A team to carry out the attacks, and on Flight 93 they were thwarted by a pick-up team made up of United Frequent Fliers. Many people look at 9/11 and wonder how we can stop an enemy like that. I look at FL93 and wonder, "How can we lose?". -- FromMyColdDeadHand

    Current delta seems questionable...

Fair enough. I do know a class they put on in the last couple of years there was an instructor for them who flew in to help with the class who was still active service. I assumed he was Delta because he had served side by side with the other instructor there who was Delta previously.

    I will edit if needed..

This is in my area and I think I'm open those dates. Do you know if these classes open enrollment or MIL/LEO only?

They have a fair number of adjunct types. Many are SF. School house instructors and so forth. If there is any one active from the unit they are likely reserved for closed enrollment LE/mil courses, not open enrollment.

Confirmed today the one instructor I was talking about was and is still current Delta.

The course at that time was open enrollment and he flew in to assist the other instructor.

Another time one of the instructors was recently out. About 6 months retired IIRC.
