I don't need to lock myself in, I live a long way from the nearest person.

With the fact that the USA gets 80% of the antibiotics today from China, plus other meds. I can see the potential for this getting very good for the USA in the long run.

If we run out of meds, because of this and people start having issues or even dying, this could be leveraged into big time anti China sentiment. Which hopefully will lead to Congress passing a bill outlawing importation of any thing from China.

It's simple, stay away from crowds. We are monitoring this closely. We have old friends who are expats, scattered aroumd SE Asia. All, well, almost all are headed home. Saying its bad over their. Their main r Aston for bolting is, they fear zero transportation back home at a later date.

Saying will get worse before it gets better. We don't know,,so we prep for the possibility. N95 and 100 masks , tyvex know suits hooded with feel masks. Lots of cleaning agent to address surfaces.

I'd like to,do more, yet can't think of what else is reasonable.

This post has so many factual errors, it’s not even worth rebutting.

Quality control is aimed at dust and fiberglass particles, not viruses. The N95 masks that are suitable for medical use are single-use items.

The cooler masks you talk of have an exhalation valve. Also not for medical use.

None of the above, I have an acreage in the middle of nowhere and supplies for at least a year. People gave up coming to see me long ago.

Preparing for a COVID 19 outbreak is much the same as preparing for any other SHTF scenario.

So you get zero mail and have zero doctors appointments
