    Poly tipped bullets from Midsouth

I'm curious how well the 75 grain offering performs in a defense load

They also have a 55 grain 224 bullet and a 110 grain 30 caliber bullet.

The specs seem to match up to VMAX in the 55 and 110 grain weights.

That sure looks like a PSA / AAC 75gr Sabre Blade Black Tip.

I literally never need to buy another 5.56 bullet for the rest of my life, but I'd try these if I had extra cash.

If its indeed the same bullet thats in the AAC Sabre load then it should perform well, on par with 77gr TMK according to some of the amateur tests on youtube.

I just ordered 250x of the exact bullet yesterday. Will let you guys know.

On the sidenote, I tried campro 62gr ss109 bullets that Brownells carries. It doesn't group. Some said the steel penetrator tends to be off center, affecting accuracy. The bullet is surely longer than lead core design. Not buying them anymore.
