    Wood furniture AR-15?

Anybody ever installed or handled an AR with a set of wood furniture. I remember there was a company selling ironwood stocks, handguards, and grips a few years ago. For some reason I have a perverted desire for a wood furnished AR with a 20" A1 barrel. Just something different from all the polymer stuff I guess. What do you guys think?

Boyds stocks sell some wood stocks for the ar15. I shot a windham weaponry with a wood stock. The wood is not bad.

I built an AR about three years ago using a wood set from Ironwood Designs. Unfortunately, it appears that they no longer have these kits.
