AimPro Tactical, Lack of Customer Service

So, I shipped a brand new Remington 870 Police Magnum to their facility in Colorado in early August of 2019 for minor work to be performed. It took about a half dozen calls and emails for them to acknowledge in September of 2019 that they received the firearm, but that it was misplaced for several months. Now, as of this writing, I have placed about 8-10 calls into their voice box with no return calls. The same with over 10 emails inquiring about the status of the minor work to be performed. Does anybody have any suggestions for me to remedy my problem? I am beyond perplexed how a business can be run in this manner.

They continue to operate because people send them things without first searching Google. You are not the only one ass hurt. Did they promise you a delivery date? That's the first question someone ask to investigate will ask you.

I sent the shotgun to them last August and they confirmed receiving, but they have not since returned a dozen phone calls and a like number of emails requesting the status of the work to be performed. I have never witnessed anything remoting close to their indifference. The only conclusion I can draw is substance issues and/or mental issues of the owner. If anyone has a good idea of how I can get my firearm returned, I would greatly appreciate it.

Perhaps try U.S. Mail with receipts, certified to both addresses listed in the link below.

Here's some Colorado corporate info on the company:

Any of these attempts to contact will be a prelude to filing a SMALL CLAIMS case in Colorado.

If it can be resolved out of court it'll save time, money, and travel for everyone.

Looks like they've found a more profitable arena than firearms.

Not to knock you, but did you do any research whatsoever before sending them your firearm? I can tell by their name alone they’re not to be trusted with even a half used bottle of ketchup. I personally would report them for theft of a firearm and mail fraud. At the very least you may recoup the value of your firearm. At best, you’ll get criminal charges brought against them for their theft.
