We decided as a society that you can kill your baby up until the time it is born. We have determined that those people are not people until personhood is magically confirmed by the vaginal canal. It’s crazy, but that’s the way it is.
Last night on the town hall Bernie Sanders was asked a question on healthcare by a woman who is seven months pregnant. She said she wanted to know about healthcare because of her soon to be baby. It is so odd that on the one hand they can see that as a baby which implies it is a human, at the very same time lots of democratic states are passing laws allowing a woman to abort that very same bunch of cells.
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.
It's that simple.

One of the problems we have, as a group, is that we care about unborn infants. It is one of the topics that we get divided over, again and again. I’ve already been born, so I would rather focus on my own rights instead of worrying about an unwanted child that has nothing to do with me, and may otherwise end up sucking up significant tax resources. It is interesting to me though, that many who are fervently opposed to abortion are perfectly fine with starting more wars.

By extension of that thought anyone who "otherwise end up sucking up significant tax resources" can be killed.
Personally I can care less if someone gets an abortion, as long as the tax payer didn't have to subsidize it.
I am part of that power which eternally wills evil, and eternally works good.

I'll never understand the mentality of folks who are willing to give up one person's right to life and liberty just to protect another person's right to commit murder and not be inconvenienced. Abortion should be considered wrong and a violation of our ideals; when you can declare any group to not have a right to life or liberty, that thinking can easily be spread to other groups. I can use my guns to defend myself and my family; an unborn child has no such ability.

My bad, I thought we were talking about the 2020 election and not the 9th. Related, but not the main court issue. Considering the BS that comes out of the 9th, if you can get less crazy out of it, there is less chance of it disagreing with other Circuits and therfore less chance getting to SCOTUS.
