Unbranded AR has a 'mil-spec' one for the same price as the UTG: https://www.unbrandedar.com/buffer-t...-0013-4121.htm
I like LaRue tubes, they are pricey, but I like the cut out for the buffer retaining pin and the laser position markings, they are $55.00 so I only have two: https://www.larue.com/products/larue...carbine-lt629/ (note: LaRue doesn't spec material)
Look for the amenities you want, if the 'dry-lube' coating is important find one that has that, if position numbers are important find one with that feature. If you just want a tube that is made of the 'proper material' buy the Unbranded AR, or one with similar specs.
I've never used on of these, but it hits all the big marks for most: 7075-T6, dry-film lube, and at about half the price: https://palmettostatearmory.com/psa-...tube-7075.html
I'm like many around here, if I'm replacing a receiver extension/buffer tube, I'm going with the A5 system, I've used both BCM and Magpul with no problems:
https://magpul.com/firearm-accessori...obal_color=118 (slight edge to the magpul with 10 adjustments, although you probably need to mark the one that you prefer)
https://bravocompanyusa.com/bcm-inte...5-buffer-tube/
If you decide to go with one of these you'll need a rifle spring and an A5H2 (my choice) to start.
Good luck!
