Does this mean it does not come with an FA carrier, or am I reading into this too much?

It comes with a semi BCG.

This is a form 4 transfer just like a suppressor. You do not need an M16 BCG.

I have an SBR piston gun that shipped this week, so there should be no problem getting a regular MRP SBR.
