Good Cuban sandwich recipe

This guy's recipe tastes fairly close to my areas only Cuban place that unfortunately closed a year ago.

Here's a recipe that I copied a few weeks ago (my wife got me the Binging with Babish cookbook for Christmas). This one was motherf**king incredible! I'll have to try to make the one you posted too and compare!

Man, I love those things! There is a great Cuban restaurant on the way home from work, I will call in a to-go order sometimes. They bake their own bread, too!

There is a place in the Tampa airport that has a pork mojo sandwich that is absolutely fantastic. Ive ruined a few shirts eating them in the airplane.

Cuban sandwiches are yummy.

If you guys have not try it, go find a real Vietnamese "Banh Mi".

That looks intriguing! Though I would have them hold the cilantro (I can't stand that stuff).

Heard a news story on cilantro and how different people register tastes. I get a bit of the cilantro = dish soap taste, but apparently not as bad as some do.
