The brass you find during quarantine

So I was going through all of my “miscellaneous” brass and found one that I could not speak to. I have a bunch of .380, a little 7.62x25, a little [brass] 7.62x39, .357 sig, 10mm and 5.7x28.

There is no case bulge, no cracking, nothing indicating that the round was shot in the wrong gun. Anyone have any ideas here?
