Yeah the first time I found the 77gr cc they were $149. Then they’ve just jumped from there. I’m into some 75gr hpbt from Everglades at $.156/rd. Going to load those up with h322 and cfe223 and see what happens.

More than once I've seen these listed with the admonition that these require a 1/8 bbl twist. Can you still achieve 5.56 velocity levels (and expected terminal ballistic potential) with a 1/7 twist?

The 1/8 twist is more like a recommended minimum requirement so you will be in good shape with the 1/7.
A lot of good brass, bullets, and powder have been wasted chasing velocity. It's certainly easier to do with some powders than others, but I would encourage you to make performance on target the goal, as opposed to velocity. Bullet choice can be reconsidered if terminal ballistics are the priority.
