What kind of Colt 11.5 barrels do I have here?

Some have said Colt FBI HRT 11.5, while others have said that none had FSB's, while some said that very few overruns were released to the civilian market. I just want to know what they are, and worth. Not a for sale, just would like to know for the future such as trading material. One for sure I am going to use most likely. Both are unfired, just been stored like cord wood.

Any and all help would be appreciated. They both have M4 cuts. The A2 devices were put on loosely to protect the threads during shipment from a friend. If there's anything else you'd like to know or see with pictures in order to help me more, please ask.

This barrel has been sold in 3 formats that I am aware of:

    1. Regular triangle FSB with side swivel. Factory uppers have also been made in this configuration.
    2. Bare barrel with no gas block
    3. Factory shaved gas block (OEM 2 style). Some might have been built into factory uppers with Centurion rail.
