You're right jsbhike, He is a real pleasure to watch. Came across the show on YouTube where he took on Bobby Flay with his Chicken Fried Steak and Country Gravy recipe. Bought his cookbook last year and have tried his Chicken Fried Steak and Gravy along with Sparkling' Taters. Sure was good! Thought about taking his three night/two day fully furnished cooking class but $1500 could be put to better uses at the present. Thanks for the video link.

I just subscribed to his channel a week or 2 ago, I've been enjoying it quite a bit, but entertaining and educational.
