Does anyone have any further info on the MRO HD? I watched MAC's review and understand his gripe but I don't believe it is a deal breaker (sight unseen). I am more interested if Trijicon addressed the parallax and fish eye of the original. Street price appears to be around $600 for the stand alone unit and $1000 for the magnifier combo.

I stopped following him after the whole red flag live stream debacle but the topic of this review caught my attention. Mac highlights the MRO HD's "ghosting" of the reticle as the major issue. Basically you can see the reticle while the optic is turned off or sunlight is hitting the lens just right.

The parallax & fish eye cannot be "addressed" unless they change the size of the objective glass.
FYI the Magnifier is made in China.
