Anyone else have focus issues with the Aimpoint 3X??

I have an Aimpoint 3x magnifier I've had for years, but with my aging eyeballs everything looks really blurry now through it. As far as I can tell there is no diopter adjustment on it like some other newer designs. The image is better if I wear reading glasses, but thats kind of a pain. Anyone else have this issue and how did you deal with it?

Sell it and get the newer one with diopter adjustment. No other way around it really.

This unfortunately. I have astigmatism and thats why I never owned one of the early generation aimpoint magnifiers and used the g33 for years due to the diopter adjustment. Check out the new aimpoint 3x-c or the new micro vortex magnifier.
