    TROY Tomahawk stock

So I'm patiently awaiting a few A5 vltor stocks, which appear to be months out, so I picked up a Troy Tomawawk. Anybody have any experience with these units. All my m4s, wear Troy sights, but that's really my only experience with Troy. The sights are very well made.

Picked this unit up, new over on ar15 last night from a young man, for a reasonable price. Is this a " Brace" or considered a regular stock? Will determine what length rifle it goes on.

    Any users out their?

    Dirk,

The Tomahawk is classified and sold as a "stock" on the Troy website, so dont go putting it on any AR pistols.

Will go to a pinned 14.5 BCM, upper, and an 80% lower I recently milled. Will have to measure for OAL related requirements.

Just getting back imto M4 building again, after many years off on a long range quest, for perfection.

Has anybody ran one of theseTROY units?, and able to comment, pro con, related issues. Pretty into the A5 recoil systems, will most likely roll back over to that system upon receiving them. Right now their difficult to source. My orders, I'm told are at least a month out, likely longer.

    Thank you.

I’ve used one for a little while on a 5.56 and a 300 blk. So far there have been no issues, except it makes take down a little more difficult.
