    First time build

First post not sure if in the right spot. This will be my first build of any AR so I am going with a 9 mm for something fun to shoot and cheaper ammo. So I bought a complete lower from Karri's gun,
https://karrisguns.com/kg9-glock-pis...r-w-brace.html. not sure what to do for the upper or what would be compatible with this lower. Looking online for complete uppers but like I said not sure what will match up. I cannot get PSA because they dont ship to CT. Barrel has to be a minimum of 12.5 inches because of CT restrictions and overall length has to be more then 26 inches so it is not considered AOW. looking at upper from Karri's gun but none in stock and no response back when I asked when they thought would be back in stock. So any idea of a build or a complete upper with BCG. Thanks in advance.

Find a gunsmith to chop it down.

I was looking at the liberator 16" on Karri's gun, they are not in stock and have not said even when they think they will be in stock. Looked at a bunch of other brands of complete uppers for 9mm for glock but cannot find anything that will say if it will be compatible with my lower.

This is what it said in your lower's description: Compatible with most standard AR-15 components and most aftermarket parts. I'd say you are good to go. In today's market you might have to wait, or build one.

If you build one google is your friend, you will need:

BCM Blem Upper - trust me it will be fine for 59.99 - https://bravocompanyusa.com/bcm-uppe...emo-scratched/

BCM Gunfighter Charging Handle mod 4x4 medium latches - 56.95 https://bravocompanyusa.com/bcmgunfi...edium-latches/

You are going to need a charging handle, you caqn go cheaper, down around 17.00 probably, but the ambi gunfighter is a good deal at 56.95; the non ambi is selling for 39.95 on the BCM sitr. If you buy the blem upper and charging handle from BCM you'll save some shipping.

    12.5 9mm Barrel - I found one for 139.99 - https://limitlessamerica.com/new-fro...9mm-ar-barrel/

    9mmAR muzzle device - KAK Slimline is what I'd get - I found one for $29.99 https://www.joeboboutfitters.com/KAK...limcan-9mm.htm

9mm Bolt Carrier Group - the KAW Valley is what I have - $139.99 https://www.joeboboutfitters.com/Kaw...vp-9mm-bcg.htm
So getting these two items from JoeBob's you'll know they'll go out the next morning and save some shipping costs.

Rail - you are on your own, myself I'd use an ALG Defense rail because you don't have to use a torque wrench.

    Good luck.
