    Scar 17 cleaning

What products do you use on your scar? CLP or Remoil? Do you prefer grease in certain areas? Are there any in depth cleaning vids?

Hoppes 9 for solvent, whatever brand of lube is my favorite at the moment. I generally don't grease the SCARs, though I can see an argument for it. Cleaning them is pretty easy, as that video appears to show.
It's f*****g great, putting holes in people, all the time, and it just puts 'em down mate, they drop like sacks of s**t when they go down with this.

I've been using CLP and rem oil to clean and put some tetra grease in the bolt carrier where I can wear and along the ridges. The video shows nicely of how to do a general cleaning. But nothing much of how to protect key areas long term.

And my answer is - Clean with M-pro 7 and lubricate Slip-2000. CLP sucks and Remoil is for shotguns and 22lr.
