Pistol kit Recommendations

I am planning to build 2 AR pistols (one in 5.56 and the other .308) and want to get some recommendations on what to do, condistration, product kits, etc to look into, to avoid, etc.

I plan to have a quad rail on both.

AR15 pistol would be more of a PDW, ideally going to run it with 60 round mags.

AR10 would be for a mini DMR role, maybe a 11.5-14 inch barrel.
