5G is getting a lot of attention, much of it from tin foil hat types of course who are convinced it will cook you from the outside in, mind control, yada yada. The best conspiracy theories often have a grain of truth to them, and 5G has that kernel.
Not my lane, but people like Brig. Gen. Robert S. Spalding feel there's a security and privacy risk to 5G, and that would surprise me at all:
Health concerns seem to be where things really go off the rails. There's even claims that 5G created covid, or any number of combinations there of. Having said that, it's interesting to note that there are legit sci/med types are concerned over what's very outdated research into this issue, and are calling new research, and from what I'm reading, that aspect seems legit:

Those are not tin foil hat infowars sources, so I feel that it's not something to dismiss out of hand due to the tin foil crew jumping on it.
