    I always go with the "flying below the radar" mentality when dealing with this stuff, and have been for over four decades. It is the in your face dudes, the weekend commandos, that generally cause problems. The letter writers, the biggest enemy amongst us.

    There doesn't have to be an increase in crime for those that desire to take away your 2nd Amendment rights. My unsolicited advice is don't poke the bear. Keep your doc's squared away, and don't allow the modularity of the AR15 and internet talk forums cause you to do something that could be illegal.

    Not only can you be arrested, but you can be convicted too. So when you play the SBR game make sure you know the definition, and when you start swapping parts, make sure you meet BOTH conditions - BBL length and OAL.
