It's a dupe.

But the phrase, "it's the shoulder thing that goes up" is rapidly becoming a metaphor for, "you don't know what you're talking about."

When some anti-gunner says something stupid someone else will respond,
"yea, it's like that shoulder thing that goes up."

oh thats nothing. I seen one of that ladies partners on youtube trying to say incendiary rounds were HEAT SEEKING. I literally fell out of my chair.
