Picked up a new 340c and got into it today hoping to mount it to a new upper. Opened the box and was very impressed with the low weight and compact package. Hit the thumbswitch and nothing happened. Took the factory battery out, made sure it was seated properly then tightened the thumbswitch and head. At certain points of varying tightness the light would flicker or stay on with the head extremely loose. Tried swapping out batteries with fresh 123’s and no change. Is there something I’m missing?
