Absolutely. Get all US investments in China out. The US shouldn't be the only one that adopts this policy. The CCP is nothing but a bad actor at all levels. But the dems will call him a racist.

Starting with Clinton, the Dems are bought and paid for by China, in many respects.

    Nixon opened Pandora's Box.
It's been downhill since then, economic guerilla warfare and unfortunately every sitting U.S. President since has either played along, been totally inept or totally corrupt.
I would really like to know more about financing the WuHan bio lab with our dollars.

Ideally, the ccp needs taken out of the civilized world order. Then we need to work on straightening out this country to get the people in power to represent US, not their own self interests, and to be really held accountable. I honest doubt that will ever happen though. At least not on this earth. It isn't just the dems that are in the pockets of the ccp. Mitch McConnell has many ties and business dealings with them as well as other republicans. They say one thing in front of the camera and media, but they continue to smoke ciggies and drink whiskey in their back room deals that sell out the American people. But all these things won't get done because of our people here in the US that are under ccp influences and care only about enriching themselves

I applaud President Trump for trying to do the right thing, but I really think it is a losing battle and only a matter of time before this country goes full tilt socialist.

The person who seeks public office to do the people’s work is an anomaly. All too often they get elected, go to Washington, see how rich they, their families and their friends can get and they lock in tight goose step formation no questions asked.

I believe Trump is an anomaly. Is he perfect? Nope. Do I agree with everything he says or does? Nope. But I believe he tries. He has the best interests of this country in mind. The lengths Obama and the establishment went to in order to sabotage him, his campaign, his administration and the people around him proves the lights were turned on and the cockroaches are running for the cracks.

I hope these people are held accountable. I know they will skate but I still hold out hope.

    That is completely untrue.

All Nixon did was end a two front Cold War with the two strongest communist forces in the world. After Nixon China basically ignored us for decades and we did the same.

What changed was Carter giving China "favoured nation" trading status in 1980 which was restricted in 1989 and then fully restored by Bill Clinton in the 90s. In the 1990s, continued "most favoured nation" status for the People's Republic of China by the United States created controversy because of its sales of sensitive military technology and China's serious and continuous persecution of human rights. China's MFN status was made permanent on December 27, 2001.
