M4 Profile Barrel Assembly?

Does no one make an M4 profile barrel assembly anymore? A proper one, with a 1:7 in twist, chrome-lined, carbine gas system, 16 inch. Stag Arms seems to be the only place I can get an upper with that kind of barrel assembly. I want an M4gery like build with an FSB.

Are you looking for just the barrel assembly or an upper receiver assembly with that particular barrel profile?

Those links are good, thank you, but why are they missing delta rings? I'd prefer it attatched to an upper and actually I think I'd prefer a 14.5 in with a pinned 1.5 inch bird cage FH.

BCM makes one, both standard government profile as well as SOCOM profile.
