How do you like side charging?
Well, since I have an AK, another side-charger is nothing new to me. The lever works much better than that on the AK. With its design, I can reach over the top to charge the weapon with no problem.

Kinda wish I had just sbr'd the lower and went with a shorty upper.
From what I have seen from Brownells, B5 Systems is still working on the AR-180 type folding stock. I am curious about it myself. I saw the pic of the BRN-180 at Shot Show with the prototype AR-180 type folding stock. Ia m sure that several guys are chomping at the bit for these to go into production.

I have been contemplating getting one of the 10.5” uppers to put on my SBR lower. If I read/remember correctly the upper will fit on a normal lower.

You are correct. It will fit on any AR-15 lower.

I assume a 22lr dedicated upper would fit on the BRN180 lower. It would make more sense than having an unused buffer tube, buffer, spring, etc like using it on an AR lower.

Note that I mean in conjunction with the brn upper.

Not sure about that. That would be a good question for the guys at Brownells.
