I wouldn’t have been able to accept that last group, I’d have wasted much time and ammo trying to either get a tiny group in the center or at the very least a “symmetrical” group with a broadly even distribution of impacts on both sides. And then, if I managed to pull it off, there’s still the confirmation group to shoot as well, and if that doesn’t jive with the previous group.....we’ll let’s just say I’m not a happy camper.
Asymmetrical groups gnaw at my psyche, however the fact I’ve been diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder probably has something to do with that. I’ve caught myself reflexively rearranging table settings and other items to be more symmetrical as well.
