    That time of year, eh???

The Euro logic path, which always returns to it's origins before angrily turning away, only to return again.

I hadn't even thought about a TP9 with a folding stock. That would be pretty damn small too.

    pistol PCC rifle

I don't see how this has become so complicated. Pistol and PCC fit one mission. Pistol and rifle fit an other mission. My B&T TP9 is so light and easy to carry, a rifle could never come close.

I also replaced my car shotgun with a Sub 2000 and Romeo 5. 33 round Glock magazine. If you're changing a tire out somewhere, and a gang of fleet footed youths drives up, and smells easy prey, you can get serious.

What if they all have Keltecs? Or worse.... ARs? What if they don't stop?

One thing I really like about 9mm vs. 5.56 in training is the immediate feedback on target. You can see the 9mm hits as they are created, .22 holes aren't as visible.

You just won the “Internet for the Week”. That comes with a coupon for a free Dilly Bar, but unless you’e in Texas it does you no good. No worries, I’ll redeem it for you.

You’re worried about a gang attack and use a Romeo 5?

    Interesting.

Lots of trainers are giving the nod to the Holosun performance. The Romeo 5 is literally the same thing as the Holosun with different logos. I’m not saying it’s the best choice, but it isn’t as bad as my initial gut feeling for Sig optics is.

The Romeo 5 is the lowest tier mrds from Sig. The Holosuns that tend to get the thumbs up from trainers are the higher end ones. Though the Romeo 5 may actually be gtg, it's not on the level of the Holosuns being touted. FWIW.
