It would be a cool concept, but I don't think there'd be enough market for it for Glock to justify doing it, with all the other choices in that market, including their own.

A P80 G26 sized gun gets you a rail up front. A Magpul 12 rounder or factory mag with +2 gets you extended grip. And in my experience, they are also 100% reliable with G19 and G17 mags, so in a sense that gun already exists.

Particularly if they added a rail.

I would like one but as a suppressor host to keep the OAL down. For use without a suppressor no.

For me GLock 17 mags are not 100% in a Glock 26

I like the 19X and 43X but prefer the 48 to the 43X as my older eyes do better with the longer slide.

It's actually more comfortable for me to carry a g19 than it is a g43 lol. I think because I've carried the g19 for years maybe my skin is callus there.

Without. Using it as a back up to a Glock 17 so have to use mags on belt.

I’ve never had good luck with ‘em either. Usually fine with ball, but run a bunch of jhp and you’ll encounter nosedives.

I’ve never had real good success with G26s in general. Whatever they did to the Gen5 made ‘em worse. I briefly had one that was not reliable enough to be considered for carry.

That blows. I've never had any reliability problems with the bigger mags in a G26.

I also had problems with the 17 and 33 round mags in the G26. I read somewhere that the slide cycles faster with the 26 and it needs a better mag spring. Not sure how true it is. But at the time it made sense. The G19 mags worked fine tho.
