The cop killed him. Any human being with an unbiased eye that watched the actual video saw what happened. He died while under the cops knee.

The subtleties pertaining to the elements of crimes can be particularly nuanced at times hence why they get hashed out in open court. Even if we wish that weren’t always the case at times.

ETA: seems that the general trend in National Guard is to use weapons from 20 years before.

Kent State, 1970: soldiers were using M16A1. Guard had Garands from WW2 and Korea.

LA riots, 1992: soldiers were using M16A3 and A4. Guard had M16A1 from Vietnam.

Minneapolis: soldiers are using M4A1. Guard has M16A2 from Desert Storm

Absolutely Uni. Just like protesters do not=rioters, or looters. Some cross those lines, some don't. There are good humans everywhere of every color of the rainbow, we jsut allow the media to **** with our narratives on everything.

I support the hell out of peaceful, armed protests and shows of force, I will never support looting and destruction of private and personal property.

The punishment in no way fit the crime. Officer was a thug through and through. They should give him to the crowd.

We agree on the first part. On the second part it's very simple, and it has nothing to do with race etc....

Oligarchy. it's a big club, but you ain't in it. The left is certain GWB should be in jail for war crimes in Iraq. The right is convinced that Hillary should be hung for treason and Obama along with her. That sort of thing rarely happens in the real world, Ceasceau and Khaddafi notwithstanding.

Various vids I have seen don't seem to contain that info and they don't tend to flop on your face and have three of them holding you if you were cooperating and it appeared he was from the vids I saw. What I didn't see was when/why he was put face down on the ground. I'd think that will play into it.

Doesn't matter. It was murder. Any unbiased human being can see it clearly....

Even more: saw some photos of Minneapolis protesters (NOT rioters): white folks in the crowd. Looked like a mix of races. I think nine minutes on the neck gets most everybody fired up.

And don't think whites aren't ever victims of police violence. Google Gerald Goines and look at that mess.

Read the arrest report, they took him out of the squad car and put him on the ground.
