    @ubet you need to look up the insurrection act, how it’s used and previous use cases because you are absolutely wrong and misinformed on Federal powers.

    Sec 332 and 333 have been applicable for a while now.

And that’s what Trump has been doing.

    If they come here, they’re going to regret it. We’ve ran them out once already. It was all peaceful luckily.

    It’s up to the people to protect themselves. Don’t ever think the govt is going to do a thing to help you, because they won’t unless it’s in their interest and it generally isn’t. But they’ll be there in the aftermath to hang you.
    I see where you are going with this, but that's just not the case. The President has the power to use the Insurrection Act.
    As an example;
    John Brown goes to Harper's Ferry to use violence to make a political statement. The President can act immediately to quell the insurrection with State and or Federal Military and Law Enforcement forces.

    Harper's Ferry, IIRC, was a federal armory and, therefore, federal property. If John Brown had attacked, say, the General Assembly in Richmond, it would have more likely been the Virginia militia, under orders from the governor of Virginia, that would have been called on to suppress him.

    Because who needs free speech, right?

    A rally called to promote free speech and denounce big tech censorship turned ugly Saturday in San Francisco, when hundreds of alleged Antifa counterprotesters showed up and berated and attacked demonstrators, leaving one missing a tooth.

    The conservative group Team Save America organized the event to protest Twitter, which it argues censors free speech. They planned to rally at United Nations Plaza before moving the protest to Twitter's headquarters a few blocks away. But the event quickly devolved into a shouting match and violence as hundreds of counterprotesters stormed the scene.

    Video shows one counterprotester punching Philip Anderson, an organizer of the event, knocking one of his teeth out.

    So a bunch of white guys are bussed in to punch a black guy in the face? Where are the screams of racism from the Left? Where is Punch Drunk Joe and Commie Harris denouncing this violence against black men? Nothing at all. This is disgusting and gets my blood boiling.

    I'm beyond pissed about it. Freedom of speech is violated by a group whose financing can probably be traced and the Feds do nothing.

    Cut down the wrong shrub, or drain a muddy area on your property, the feds will show you the full magnitude of their power and the majesty of the law.

    "Flaming spear"... really, W T F. It's like Seattle has regressed through all the stages of civilization and is back to somewhere around 10,000 BC.
