Philadelphia protests turning violent; what's happening in your AOR?

Chicago is arresting some of the looters from last summer. They’ve started being (a little) more proactive too in that they are raising bridges on the river (which is normal a little later in the spring for boat traffic) to limit traffic to the downtown area. I’m not sure how many are getting out right away though because IL did away with cash bail or something stupid like that.

There is no such thing as the "UNITED" states, to say the nation is polarized/divided is a brutally severe understatement. The nation will never come back. Unity ? Bwahaha...synonym for coerced conformity! Does anyone here really have anything in common with people who voted for obama, biden aoc, pelosi, schumer, etc? How many of your friends/associates are in antifa? Part of blm? Exactly. I have nothing in common with the vast majority of the citizenry, and loathe the lot of them!

My wife's entire family with the exception of herself and one cousin are all liberals. I don't really talk to any of them, but I am not very social anyway. FIL has learned not to talk politics or unions with me and we get along.

Well, it's been an interesting year, to say the least. Still sifting through tons of security video/media/body cam footage from last year's "mostly peaceful protests" and I'm surprised at how many we're actually identifying and charging. Shame it's not as public as the hunt for anyone who even looked at the Capitol building in January.
Colleagues had some interesting times outside the Minneapolis FBI office last week, but it didn't translate to the buffoons here in Phila luckily.
How's everyone else making out?

Yet another incident involving armed BLM "storming" a business. This one was at Louisville Ky. restaurant during the KY Derby. While I do believe the second amendment applies equally to all citizens of the USA, I really wonder at the mentality of those BLM turds who show up at a protest and do something like "storm" a business. It would seem like a legitimate threat to a person's safety if you're sitting there just suppin' on your vittles and some armed idiots "storm" into a business. Self defense would seem plausible.

I was thinking more along the lines of a personal thought level. I don't understand what they think the outcome for them will be. Armed trespassing, something instigated, shots fired, ... assuming you're not the one killed, arrest, trial, imprisonment, long time or remainder of life in prison being Bubba's love toy. It's just obvious that BLM/ANTIFA is nothing but a bunch of idiots running around with guns. Bad combo.

.... but as I say this, they are the ones that won't be held accountable. Rittenhouse just came to mind. That boy defended himself. Wonder what happened to the one arm wonder that he shot... the one that was chasing him and had a pistol in his hand? Probably nothing.
