Never forget, according to the pentagon war games for domestic insurrection, it was supposed to be the evil right wingers doing this. If you've ever had a chance to read through that document, all this traffic-blocking/ motorist harassing / taking control of areas/ etc was right in there.
Wonder if they've updated their wargames to match current threat profiles...

What I would think people have learned is to have an outfit with absolutely no identifying marks, wipe all their brass clean, do what you need to do to keep law-abiding people from being seriously injured or killed and move along.

Philadelphia now has the highest murder rate in the country per capita of the country’s 10 largest cities.

More than one-third of the shootings have happened in just five zip codes in North Philadelphia, Hunting Park, West Philadelphia, Kingsessing, Kensington and Port Richmond.

If I knew what streets you were blocking off and I knew about 75% or more of the PoPo was going to be there, I would steal some shit. I'm not talking about a wide screen TV either, it would be big.
