    Stoeger shotguns

I've heard that this brand is owned by Benelli, and are essentially budget versions of that particular brand. Anybody have any positive/negative experiences with Stoeger?

I would put them equal in quality to Mossberg, and better than new production Remington. They're Turkish made which seems to be the epicenter of shotgun production these days

The one's I have shot and been around work fairly well. They are sort of a poor man's Benelli. The recoil system wraps around the mag tube instead of being in the stock. Sometimes they need a Benelli extractor and an extractor channel clean up. Both DIY and easy jobs.
